Return Policy

CANCELLATION


You will receive notifications over email confirming your order and advising you of shipment.

You may not cancel your order after you have been advised on email or SMS or other messaging apps that your order has been processed and dispatched. You are liable for any costs incurred by the site on shipping after your item has been dispatched.


RETURNS


We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Returnable items must fulfill the following requirements:

  1. The item must NOT have been purchased under the Sale category. Purchases of items marked as Sale are deemed final.
  2. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including gift boxes and non-woven bags and include the delivery receipt, waybill, invoice or proof of purchase.
  3. Items must be unopened and not consumed.
  4. In the case of a defect, it must show a clear and valid manufacturer defect.
  5. Defective or damaged products that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set.

VIVARO HEALTH SCIENCES, INC. reserves the right to reject returns that did not meet these standards.

The following are not valid reasons for return:

  1. Customer makes a mistake in ordering
  2. Customer change of mind
  3. Disliking the product
  4. Outer packaging wear and tear, due to everyday shipping conditions (wet, ripped, crumpled)
  5. Beyond the 24-hour period from receipt of the product

RETURN PROCESS


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start processing a return request, send an email to customercare@vivaro.com.ph with the following information:

  1. In your email, specify in the subject line: “RETURN”
  2. Provide a short description of the defect or reason for return in your email
  3. Attach photos of the package and its contents along with the invoice, waybill or delivery receipt

Once we receive your email, we will review the request and photos. We will then inform you of the next steps on returning the item within 5 business days.

Items must be returned/delivered by courier to below address:

Benson Industrial Cold Storage, Warehouse H, Doña Irenea Ave., BF Homes, Parañaque City.

  1. In the same state as when you received them
  2. In the original packaging when you received them, including any gift boxes/ bags / tags that came with the product

Important:

If the products are eligible for return or exchange --

We will ask you to return the item via your courier of choice and we will reimburse you for your shipping expenses for the said return. After receiving a waybill from you as proof of the shipment, we will ship out the exchange or process the refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The products must also be in the original packaging.


REFUNDS


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved,

  1. If paid via credit card or Gcash, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method, depending on the terms of service of the payment provider.
  2. If paid via Cash on Delivery, you will be given store credit which may be used on the site for future transactions.

All valid requests are processed within 5 business days. For credit card or gcash refunds, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
