You will not be required to register a Vivaro account in order to purchase our products! However, we advise you to do so as members receive special promotional offers and privileges.
As much as Vivaro cares for your health and energy, we also feel the same for our staff. You may place your order 24/7, however orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following day. For orders to be delivered within the NCR it will take 1-2 working days, and 3-7 working days for deliveries to other regions.
Currently, we only deliver to areas in Metro Manila. The shipping fee is Php 150 for orders below Php 3,000. In the meantime, for orders outside Metro Manila, please order via Shopee or Lazada.

You will receive a confirmation receipt through the email registered to your Vivaro account. Additionally, if you have also registered a mobile number then you will receive an SMS that confirms your order has been received and is being prepared for delivery.
Orders above Php 3,000 are automatically entitled to a free shipping discount.
For our mutual protection, orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended.
The security of our customers is our No. 1 priority. Should we suspect that fraudulent orders may have been placed, we reserve the right to cancel them. If this happens, we shall let you know.
In the event that your order is unavailable, our team will get in touch with you to recommend alternatives or provide a refund.
You may update your information through Account Settings, under the Addresses Tab.
You will be contacted 24 hours before your order arrives to confirm your availability to pick up the order, and a notice of arrival once the courier has reached your listed shipping address. If you are unable to receive the order and have not left a representative in charge of receipt, it will be cancelled and sent back to our delivery center for return to inventory. If you should request redelivery, you will once again shoulder the costs.
Vivaro believes in sustainability. Your orders will be grouped together with others to minimize fuel and promote efficiency in our operations. Please allow us up to seven (7) working days to get our products to you. Our delivery hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Mondays to Saturdays and excluding public holidays.

Here, you will be asked to enter your Sales Invoice number which will allow you to track the status of your order.
You can access your Vivaro Account through the account icon at the top right portion of your screen while on the website. From here, you will see all the information tabs that you may want to edit.
Select your Vivaro Account icon on the website, and you will see a tab labelled “Order History”.
